Return
Request a return for an order or item. Returns are accepted within 30 days of fulfillment for items in original condition with tags attached. If your order included a promotional gift, it must be returned with the item or its value will be deducted from your refund.

· U.S. Orders: $10
· Canada Orders: No fee applies for paid shipping — customers arrange their own return shipping. For orders with free shipping — if a return brings your total below $250, a $30 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Prepaid return labels are not provided.

What is your return policy and return fee?
Items may be returned within 30 days of fulfillment, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Shipping & return policy
· U.S. Orders: A return fee applies unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund (Prepaid return labels will be provided).
· Canada Orders: No fee for orders with paid shipping. If your order originally qualified for free shipping and the remaining order value after the return is below $250, a $30 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns are only processed when a request is submitted in advance through our Customer Service. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to items sent without a prior request.
Please note for Canada orders: Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipment and shipping label. Prepaid return labels are not provided for Canada.
Important Tracking Requirement for Canada: To ensure your return package is matched to your account, you are required to email your tracking number and shipping confirmation to our Customer Support team right after dispatch. Without this information, your return and refund processing may be delayed.
If your order included a promotional gift, the gift must be returned with the item. If the gift is not returned or is returned damaged, its value will be deducted from your refund.
