I want to track my order.

 section. If you placed your order as a guest, use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email or contact us at

I want to edit or cancel my order.

 as soon as possible. However, please note that once an order begins processing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

I want to know how long delivery takes.

Delivery times vary by location. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, while express shipping takes 2-3 business days.

I received the wrong item.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team at

 with your order number, a description of the incorrect item, and a photo if possible. We’ll make it right as quickly as we can.

My package is delayed or missing.

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link sent to your email. If it's marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact our support team at

I want to place an order without creating an account.

Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, members get free shipping and can track orders, access order history, save wishlists.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

If you haven't received a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact us at 

contact@stretchyourstory.com

 so we can verify your order.

I want to know the shipping options & costs.

We offer free standard shipping for members—just sign in to enjoy the benefit. For guest checkouts, a $5 standard shipping fee applies to orders under $50.

I want my order delivered internationally.

We currently ship only within the U.S., excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What happens now?

From time to time, missed or failed deliveries may occur due to an incomplete or unclear address. If this happens, we’ll reach out to you by email. If we don’t hear back in time, the package will be returned to us, and your refund will be issued minus the return shipping fee. Please note: 1. We do not modify shipping addresses without customer confirmation. 2. Your address is printed exactly as entered at checkout. 3. If incorrect information results in a return, round-trip shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
