FAQ

Return policy and return fee.

Items can be returned within 30 days of your order's fulfillment date if they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs $5 unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. If applicable, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. 

*Please note: If a free gift included with your order is not returned, the value of that item will also be deducted from your refund.

I want to exchange an item.

We currently accept returns only. Please submit a Return Form and place a new order for the item you’d like.

I canceled/returned my order but have not received a refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us at

Items that cannot be returned.

Certain items, such as undergarments, socks, or final sale items, are non-returnable for hygiene or promotional reasons. Please check the product description for return eligibility.

My order came with something damaged.

We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.

If your product arrived damaged, please email us right away at contact@stretchyourstory.com with the 3 photos requested below, as we need to report this to the shipping company: 1. Photo of the exterior packaging (cardboard box that contained all the items) 2. Photo of the items inside the exterior packaging 3. Photo of the actual item that was damaged/broken (showing that it cannot be used)

Warranty

Our products come with a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. If a defect is confirmed during the warranty period, you may be eligible for a free exchange or return. (Determination of defect is at our sole discretion.)

 ※ If the original product is no longer available, a refund may be issued instead of a replacement.
※ This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
※ It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
