How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping typically takes 2-3 business days.

Yes. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and save wishlists.

What are the shipping options and costs?

Free standard shipping applies to all paid orders. Orders totaling $0 after discounts or coupons are not eligible.
Free express shipping is available on orders over $250 (before tax). Express shipping on orders under $250 is available for a $15 fee.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the U.S. only, excluding Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What happens?

If your address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may fail. We’ll contact you by email. If we don’t hear back in time, the package will be returned to us and your refund will be issued minus shipping fees.

Please note: 1. Your address is printed exactly as entered at checkout. 2. If a return occurs due to an incorrect address, round-trip shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. 3. If your address differs from the carrier’s suggested format, we may update it for delivery accuracy. Any issues caused by this adjustment will be covered by us.
