PROFESSIONAL PARTNER DISCOUNT PROGRAM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern participation in the STRETCH YOUR STORY Professional Partner Discount Program (the “Program”) offered by Andar International Co., Ltd., together with its affiliates (“STRETCH YOUR STORY,” “the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By applying for or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as STRETCH YOUR STORY’s Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”).
1. Program Purpose.
The Program is designed to support qualified fitness, wellness, and health professionals, or similar professionals by offering a professional/occupational merchandise discount for personal use. Participation in the Program does not require and does not obligate any promotion, endorsement, posting, marketing activity, or other services on behalf of STRETCH YOUR STORY, and STRETCH YOUR STORY has no expectation of receiving such services. By participating, you consent to receive Program-related communications, including eligibility verification, administrative notices, and partnership updates. You may opt out of promotional emails, but operational communications related to the Program may continue.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open only to individuals who satisfy the following requirements and complete the required verification process:
- a. Individuals must be 18 years of age or older and able to form legally binding contracts.
- b. Individuals must be legal residents of the United States.
- c. Individuals must be actively working as professionals in one or more of the following categories:
- Certified fitness trainers or instructors (including yoga, Pilates, barre, strength, or similar disciplines);
- Health, wellness, or nutrition professionals; or
- Other similar individuals approved by STRETCH YOUR STORY in its discretion.
- d. Individuals must not be employees of STRETCH YOUR STORY.
You represent and warrant to STRETCH YOUR STORY that at all times during your participation in the Program, you satisfy each of the forgoing requirements. Eligibility is confirmed through the verification process of your professional credentials, which is conducted through a third-party verification service, VerifyPass. By applying, you not only confirm your consent to the all the terms and conditions of the Agreement and that you acknowledge that your information will be processed by VerifyPass in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy (https://verifypass.com/terms). STRETCH YOUR STORY shall not be responsible for any technical errors, delays, or denied applications caused by VerifyPass. STRETCH YOUR STORY may request re-verification at any time and may approve or deny eligibility in its sole discretion.
3. Discount Terms
Approved Program partners are eligible to receive a 30% discount on regular-priced STRETCH YOUR STORY merchandise purchased through STRETCH YOUR STORY’s official website; The discount provided pursuant to the Program and these Terms shall be subject to certain exclusions and limitations, which include but shall not be limited to, the following:
- a. The discount does not apply to gift cards, shipping, handling, taxes, prior purchases, or excluded product categories designated by STRETCH YOUR STORY.
- b. The discount may not be combined with other offers or promotions unless expressly permitted by STRETCH YOUR STORY.
- c. Products purchased using the discount may not be resold.
- d. Purchases made by an individual partner under the Program shall not exceed $20,000 USD, per calendar year. Any Purchases made by and individual partner in excess of $20,000 USD in a calendar year shall not be discounted as a part of the Program discount.
- e. In the event that a partner uses or applies any discount in violation hereof, such partner shall promptly notify STRETCH YOUR STORY of the full value of the improperly obtained discount. We shall have the right to seek reimbursement, offset, or deduct such amount from any commission, payment, or other sum owed by the Company or AWIN hereunder or under the STRETCH YOUR STORY Partner Program Agreement, if applicable. STRETCH YOUR STORY’s exercise of this offset right shall be in addition to, and not in limitation of, any other remedies available under law or equity.
STRETCH YOUR STORY may impose additional reasonable purchase caps, usage limits, or exclusions in its sole discretion.
4. No Compensation; No Endorsement Relationship
The Program discount is a price reduction, not compensation. To be clear, your participation in the Program:
- a. Does not create any employment, independent contractor, agency, legal partnership or membership, or other formal relationship with STRETCH YOUR STORY;
- b. Does not require the provision of marketing services, endorsements, reviews, social media posts, or other promotional activity; and
- c. Is not provided in exchange for, or with expectation of receiving, services of any kind.
Any voluntary statements or posts made by a participant regarding STRETCH YOUR STORY products must comply with applicable laws, including Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) endorsement disclosure requirements, if applicable.
Any discount to merchandise purchased by a partner is intended as a professional price reduction, not compensation for services. Participation in the Program does not require the provision of marketing, promotional, endorsement, or other services to STRETCH YOUR STORY. Participants are solely responsible for determining and complying with any personal tax obligations, if any, under applicable law.
5. User Content; Limited License
Participation in the Program does not require submission of content. If you voluntarily submit, post, or share photographs, videos, comments, reviews, or other materials referencing STRETCH YOUR STORY or its products (“User Content”), you retain ownership of such User Content. By voluntarily providing User Content to STRETCH YOUR STORY, you grant STRETCH YOUR STORY a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the User Content solely for STRETCH YOUR STORY’s marketing, promotional, and brand-related purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation. This license does not permit STRETCH YOUR STORY to sell User Content as a standalone asset or use it in a manner that materially misrepresents you or your statements. STRETCH YOUR STORY has no obligation to use, monitor, retain, or display User Content and may remove User Content at its discretion.
