What is the 'Join the Momentum' membership program and how do I join?

'Join the Momentum' is our membership program designed to reward you for every step of your journey with STRETCH YOUR STORY. Getting started is easy—just create an account here, and you’ll be automatically enrolled.

How do I check my points balance and tier status?

Sign in to your account page to view your current points balance, available rewards, and your progress toward the next membership tier.

How do I earn points?

You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases (excluding discounts, returns, taxes, and fees). You can also earn extra points through activities listed on the Membership Page or your account dashboard.

Can I earn points on past purchases?

Points are only earned on purchases made after joining the membership program and while logged into your account. Orders placed before joining, or made as a guest, are not eligible.

Do points expire?

Yes. All points expire at the end of each calendar year. Be sure to use them before to make the most of your rewards.

*Please note: During the point expiration process, activities related to points (such as earning or using points) may be temporarily limited.

What happens to my points if I return an item?

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points for rewards through your account pages. Visit our Membership Page or My Points menu on your account page to explore available options.

How is my membership tier determined?

Your tier is based on your total spend within a calendar year. As you reach higher spending thresholds, you’ll automatically move up and unlock additional benefits.

What happens if I don’t meet the spending threshold for my tier?

If you don’t meet the spending requirement during your tier term, your tier will be adjusted to reflect your total spend over the past calendar year. Tier status is reassessed at the end of each year.

I didn’t get the free gift.
